At Kickstart Sports, we’re committed to delivering top-notch coaching and quality products. If something doesn’t go as planned, here’s how we handle refunds:
 

⚽ Coaching Services

  • First Session Guarantee: We offer a FREE taster session with a no obligation sign up.

  • Ongoing Sessions: Once a session block has started, refunds are not available. However, we may offer a make-up session or allow you to attend a different group if space is available. Please contact us in advance to discuss options.​

  • Membership Cancellations: You can cancel your monthly membership at any time with 28 days’ written notice via email. No further payments will be taken after this notice period.
     

🛍️ Products

  • Returns: You have 14 days from receiving your product to return it, provided it’s unused and in its original packaging.​

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a return and issue a full refund, including return postage.​

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.​
